Hi, I’m Elisabeth (or Susie, which is what most people call me - it’s a long story). I’m a licensed psychologist in Oregon (OR License #2488) and Washington (WA License #PY61491014). I provide telemental health therapy to adults located anywhere throughout these beautiful states. Here, you will find information about me, what I can do for you, and how to get started if you’re interested in working together.
I work with a range of concerns and issues, but I specialize in helping people navigate trauma recovery, OCD, anxiety, and struggles with body image and disordered eating. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to do this alone. My passion lies in helping you connect with and make peace with your emotions—even (perhaps especially) the ones that feel the most uncomfortable. I want to help you explore your inner world with compassion, heal and grow, and learn to embrace all parts of yourself.

IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you explore and understand different “parts” of yourself and is helpful for treating trauma and emotional conflicts by fostering self-awareness and integration.
EMDR/BSP
EMDR and Brainspotting are therapeutic approaches that help you work through trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress by focusing on specific memories and experiences connected to your symptoms.
I-CBT
Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) helps with the inferential confusion that drives obsessions, helping you more clearly distinguish between reality and imagined fears.
